Locally, I would guess that you could find one in Vera - perhaps in the large cigarette shop opposite the town hall.Lenoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12933569673776013122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5839903551012778567.post-7867202661424850022012-05-10T16:55:26.592-07:002012-05-10T16:55:26.592-07:00I am visiting Mojacar, with family and friends, in...I am visiting Mojacar, with family and friends, in August. My son is a keen guitarist so I would like to buy him an inexpensive spanish guitar, localy,as the costs of taking ours is prohibitive. We could leave it at our villa so others could use it. I bought one from a spanish gift shop, many years ago, and it was keenly priced and of good quality. I wonder if there are any shops, in or around Mojacar, that we could visit?<br />Matt Grout, BrightonMatt Grouthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08140540108278011448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5839903551012778567.post-17575390691879282202012-04-28T11:18:16.698-07:002012-04-28T11:18:16.698-07:00The pensioners were great supporters of the local ...The pensioners were great supporters of the local bars and restaurants in the area. And why not reopen the Hotel Moresco for this purpose. Bring life back to Mojacar NOT the young Spanish drunks who were here recently. It was genuinely frightening. I was nearly forced off the beach road at about 8.30 one evening by a crowd of yobs! Why was that ever stopped? Instead of bringing in young Spanish @ €15 a night and let them terrify the local inhabitants with their drunker behaviour, why not reopen the Pueblo Indalo for the winter guests again?
